We really didn't think we could qualify for home ownership. After one year in the Rent-to-Own program we were able to qualify for bank financing. It was easy. All we had to do was make our monthly payments on time and we were able to use the monthly payments to refinance the house.

"This is My House"!
We hadn't even finished goning half way through the home when my Lease/Option Buyer started saying, "This is My House". I showed it to them on Thursday,
we wrote the Lease with Option to Buy contract on Friday and they moved in on Saturday. They started out as Renters, but soon they will be Owners.
